Born:	2:42 AM on April 30
Weight:	7 lbs 14 oz.
Length:	21 inches

The hard labor was about 2 hours and 45 minutes long but the pushing only lasted for about 2 minutes. Lisa did a great job. Gary didn't pass out, so he that's a great job too.

Evan already loves to suck on his fingers and hasn't wasted any time figuring out how to get his lungs and vocal cords to work.

 

Hernia Surgery!!!

Here are the before and after shots of Kaleb from his Hernia Surgery. He had to have the left side closed up because it didn't close on its own after he was born. We noticed it a few months ago. They went in through his belly button to scope the right side and make sure that one had closed. Thankfully it did and we only have to pay for one. There are two incisions and the lower one is where the repair took place. He was such a trooper and he never needed the medicine they prescribed for him. This is Kaleb's second surgery (not including dental work that he had to be put under for.)!

EASTER 2008

Closest thing to nude photos I'll ever do!!

So, I went to my sister-in-laws baby shower last weekend and my other sister-in law, Allison, asked if I would be willing to pose for her with my bare belly for her studio. So, I agreed to do it. Here are a couple pictures to show the results of the sitting. I feel they are tasteful enough to post. If you are offended, I apologize. My favorites are the ones with Karly in them cause she is so dang cute!

Karly's ballet recital

Now this happened on January 7th of this year, but I am a slow blogger! She had so much fun and did such a great job! She's a natural. We took her out right after this recital because we didn't like the studio she was with. We are currently deciding between another ballet/jazz company or maybe starting her in Ballroom dancing. We'll see!

Cruisin the Carribean

I know this has taken me forever to post, but at least it is getting done! Here are a few pictures from the cruise that Gary and I took in November. You can see my nice baby bump in most of them. Yes, I am wearing a maternity suit in most as well! We went to Dominica, San Juan Puerto Rico, Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Lucia, and Barbados. It was a lot of fun! The water was warm and very, very salty!
