Doesn't that look nice! This litle injury happened about two nights before evan came. I was laboring all day and was almost positive that we would have the baby that day so my sister took the kids. When she brought them back we sent them to bed and I guess Tanner was still a bit wound up! So he decided to climb on the bunkbed ladder and fell off. He bit almost clear through as you can see but we couldn't tell how bad it was because he wouldn't open his mouth all the way. He finally showed us the next morning when Ashly asked him to show her his tongue. Of course, he does it for ashly. This was the first time we saw it and both of us were disgusted and shocked. He got a kick out of our faces and thought it was pretty funny. I called his doctor and they said it was too late for stitches but that he would be fine and the tongue heals quickly. It has been almost three months since and I can report that the gaping hole has completely sealed leaving only a scar that looks like a small line across his tongue.

new brother for all

This picture was taken about twenty minutes after Evan was born. Kaleb woke up to the baby crying and came downstairs to see what was making the noise. He was so excited to have another brother. He didn't go back to bed due to his excitement. He is a big help to mom!
Tanner was pretty excited about having a baby in the house. I don't think he realizes he's not the baby anymore-he still demands just as much time from all of us.
My three sons! Isn't that a tv show? This one is getting framed at our house!
We realized almost a week later that we hadn't done a picture with Karly and Evan. So this one was taken on Sunday after he was born. He was 4 days old!
So cute! Sweet little boy. I think evan was thinking it was something else and looking for a little snack.

Childrens museum

Brennon getting ready to pull up some more blocks for building!
Special Delivery from post lady Avery to Spot the Dog! All the kids had fun with the mail delivery system they had.
Brittley is cooking up something good in the kitchen.
Giddy up horsey! Brennon took hold of the reigns while Kaleb sat back and enjoyed the ride!
This is Kaleb and Jayden in th helicopter they have outside on the roof. It was a very popular item and caused a little contention when it came to who got to be the pilot. If only there were no other kids there besides us- it would have been much better! But I guess they have to allow everyone.
Dylan and Kaleb had a blast at the construction zone. They built building and towers and loved using the crane. This was a favorite for all the boys!

My sister came up for conference with her family so we took all the nieces and nephews to the children's museum at the gateway. It was a lot of fun! They have a kids size real home with kitchen and family room.

Memory Tag

I am following lessley's advice cause I think it sounds fun!
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. I can't wait to see what people remember.
